PA Renaissance Faire Couples

CONGRATULATIONS! I am Rosie, from Rosie’s Creative Cakes. I do all of the wedding cakes for the PA Renaissance Faire weddings held in the Fiesting Glen. To keep the process of ordering your cake as simple and stress free as possible, I have outlined the 5 step process below.

THE PROCESS

1) INQUIRE

Please fill in the form below on this page.  This will provide me with basic information needed to get the ball rolling.

2) CHOOSE A CAKE FLAVOR/FILLINGS

FLAVORS – Bridal White • Chocolate • Fudge Marble • Lemon • Pumpkin Spice • Pumpkin Applesauce • Raspberry Swirl • Strawberry Swirl •

FILLINGS-  Buttercream (standard) • Chocolate Mousse • Chocolate Ganache • Cinnamon Crème • Cream Cheese • Kahlúa Buttercream • Lemon Curd • Peanut Butter  • Pumpkin Mousse • Raspberry • Salted Caramel • Strawberry • Vanilla Crème • White Chocolate Mousse.

The Faire Package covers the cost of (4) Basic Design Concepts from the options below. All cakes are customized in a size appropriate for your needs. Therefore, the number of tiers as well as the sizes will vary within the Design Concept you choose. However, the basic components will remain the same. To reflect your wedding colors, palettes can be adjusted.

Additional elements can be added to the 4 basic options, for an UPGRADED FEE. These will vary depending on the details to be incorporated. The most basic upgrades will start at $25.00

4) CONFIRM GUEST COUNT

A confirmed guest count will is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.

5) GET MARRIED & EAT CAKE!

It can be just that simple!

UPGRADES

All upgrade costs are paid directly to RCC, These balances are due on or before, 30 days prior to your event.

CAKE TASTING: $20.00

I am happy to supply you with a small box of cake samples “ToGo”.  Samples consist of popular flavors for a crowd friendly celebration, which often include white, chocolate, something fruity, and possibly something seasonal.  Samples are dependent upon what I am baking the week you pick up your samples.  If you prefer to order a sample cake ($50) specific to your desires, you will need to place the order in advance of pick up.

CUSTOMIZED DESIGN CONCEPT: A $30.00 fee will be incurred for IN PERSON designing session. If you are interested in this option, please send me photos prior to our meeting which represent your vision. All custom designs will incur an additional fee based upon the details and elements incorporated. This amount will take into account what is covered by the basic options available within the Faire Package.

PAYMENTS

I accept cash, check, or Credit Card payments. There is a $5 transaction fee on all CC payments.  If you would like to pay by card, call me with your card information, at your convenience.  If mailing a check, make funds payable to Rosies Creative Cakes, and send to, 2385 Junction Road, Manheim PA 17545.  PLEASE note your WEDDING DATE in the MEMO line of your check.  A confirmation email will be send for all payments received.
